Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account — your mobile number (used for OTP sign-in), and optionally your name and email.
• Orders — delivery address, contact details, items ordered and payment method (we never store full card numbers).
• Usage — pages viewed and searches, to make recommendations and improve the app. You can turn off personalisation in your account settings.
• Prescriptions — uploaded Rx images are encrypted at rest and auto-deleted after the retention period.

How we use it

To fulfil and deliver your orders, process payments and refunds through escrow, verify pharmacy and age-restricted purchases, prevent fraud, and send you order updates. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

With the seller and rider handling your order (name, address, phone), with payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, SSLCommerz) to take payment, and with courier partners for out-of-zone delivery. Each receives only what they need for that order.

Your choices

• View and update your details, addresses and communication preferences in your account.
• Opt out of marketing messages from the inbox settings at any time.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting support.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires (Mushak-6.3). Other data is removed when it is no longer needed for the purposes above.
