When you pay on BDONE, your money is held safely by BDONE β not the seller β and is only released once you have the order in hand and confirm delivery.
How it works
- You pay β by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card or cash on delivery. Online payments go straight into the BDONE escrow account.
- The seller ships β and our own delivery fleet brings it to you with live tracking.
- You confirm β the rider takes a one-time code (OTP) from you at handover. That confirmation is what releases the payment to the seller.
- Something wrong? Raise a return or dispute within the return window and the funds stay held until itβs resolved.
What it covers
- Item never arrived, or arrived damaged or not as described.
- Wrong item, missing items, or a short count on a grocery order.
- Prescription orders that fail pharmacist verification β refunded in full.
- Auction deposits β refunded automatically if you donβt win.
Fees
Escrow protection is free for buyers. There is no surcharge for choosing it β it is simply how BDONE checkout works.
